Why I'm Running for Supervisor

I’m running for supervisor to be an advocate for families, small businesses, and homeowners. City Hall should be treating them like customers. Because without them, we don’t have a city.

I worked for many years as a journalist. My role was to hold City Hall accountable and give people a voice. I will do the same as your supervisor.

I’m honored to be the only candidate endorsed by the San Francisco Chronicle. The editorial board said: “Engardio fits the district — and the city’s need for a supervisor who is serious about fiscal accountability.” 

City Hall needs to focus on the basics and get them right: clean streets, less crime and better services.
