
There’s no escaping all the change brought by the coronavirus pandemic. But as we regain our balance and move forward, there is one thing we can control: our approach. City Hall must radically change its policies and budget priorities to save our small businesses and truly help families survive here. I believe San Francisco’s best days are ahead — if we’re willing to tackle today’s problems with equal doses of innovation and common sense.

My husband and I love our westside neighborhood, but we worry about San Francisco’s future. City Hall has ignored families for too long. The budget is out of control. Property crime has increased. Corruption scandals continue to grow. I’m running for supervisor to give residents the voice we deserve. It’s time for City Hall to get the basics right: clean streets, less crime and better services.
